All of our jewelry is handmade in-house to insure quality and care. All of the jewelry is made by artists using Sterling Silver, 14kt Gold fill, Bronze and antique brass. All stones are hand-cut, semi-precious or precious stones including: fresh Water Pearls, Labradorite, Hematite, Onyx, Garnet, Moonstone, Turquoise, Bone, Wood and antique glass.

All Coterie pieces can be reproduced, but they will all be slightly different as there is variation in color and size when using natural materials, all pieces are truly one of a kind originals.

We do not stock our pieces, so all orders are 6 — 8 weeks out. Our wholesale Opening order is $500.00 with a $250.00 minimum re-order. All jewelry is hand-made and cut to order so there are no returns unless there is a distinct flaw.

All damages or shipment discrepancies must be reported within seven days, no exceptions. All wholesale orders require a 50% non refundable deposit. The balance is billed upon shipping. We will not enter the order or order any parts for the corresponding order until a 50% deposit is made. Orders will be finished 4-6 weeks after the deposit is made. 

Payment

Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed into production.

Delivery

Each piece is handmade to order. Please allow a minimum of 4 to 8 weeks for delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade to order, we accept returns for store credit only, within two (2) weeks of shipping. We do not credit shipping charges.

Damages

If you receive a damaged piece, please let us know and we will send a replacement to you as soon as possible.

Repairs

We will repair any Larry Wilkes Jewelry piece that we can (regardless of the age of the piece). If there is a charge, we will notify you before beginning the work.
